Short Bio
Born as a Johorean and then settled in suburban cities of Lumut and Klang, I had traveled all along the Malaysian Peninsular since my childhood life. I studied advanced Chemistry, Mathematics and computer science technologies at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, eventually conferred with Degree of Science and Computer with Ed. (Chemistry) – First Class Honors.
Struggled and survived the no master degree fast-track PhD program, I was conferred with a PhD degree with the status of Graduate on Time (GOT) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia through a thesis entitled “Intellectual Transformation via Technology Enhanced Inquiry Learning Environment” that had received a grade B1 (minor 1 month correction) during the viva-voce at the age of 26 years and 1 months.
At the end of 2012, I became a senior lecturer as well as a principal investigator at the Department of Educational Multimedia as well as Creative and Innovative Technology in Education research group. Later, I joined the newly merged Department of Educational Sciences, Mathematics and Creative Multimedia.
In 2012 I started writing in scholarly journals. Three years later (2015), I had became reviewer for ISI indexed and SCOPUS indexed journals. Then, I started trying to write 10 papers per year in 2015.
I had graduated 3 PhD students and 6 master students in 2018 alone. One of the PhD student received B1 and another one graduated on time (GOT). To date, I had graduated 3 PhD students and 12 master students. Alhamdulillah, able to published 4 indexed paper as corresponding author in 2019.
I considers university as an utopia, with teaching and research as its nucleus.
