Assoc. Prof. Ir. Dr. Sitti Asmah Hassan is a senior lecturer at the Faculty  of Civil Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. She started her career as a tutor at Faculty of Civil Engineering, UTM in 2002. She obtained her B.Sc in Civil Engineering (2002)  and M.Eng in Highway and Traffic Engineering (2005) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. She completed her Phd at the University of Southampton, UK in 2013. Her Phd project was “Improving Pedestrian Facilities at Signalised Crossings”.
