Participating in the Inatex 2023, Kuala Lumpur – Oct 23

Joining the bandwagon of Palestine Demonstration in UTM – Nov 23

With my Palestine PhD student, Hamza. He is the recipient of the prestigious Al-Quds Scholarship by Hasanah Foundation.

Yeah, and sadly the siege by Israel is still on-going.

GIS course in Miri Sarawak – Dec 23

Alhamdulillah, and yet again we are invited to organize a GIS course Level 2 for the Department of Forestry Sarawak. Happy to see some familiar faces among the participants. There were 4 of us who came as a speaker – Dr Zamri Ismail, Dr Norhakim Yusof, PM Mohamad Nor Said and me myself. This is an intermediate course therefore the topic is somewhat advance.

A Visit to Curtin University Malaysia, Miri – Dec 23

When in Miri, Sarawak, it is a must to visit our alma mater (me and PM MNS). It was a 30 minutes Grab ride from the Miri City Centre, specifically in a place called Senadin. One day, I plan to engage Curtin Miri for some research stuffs InsyaALlah.

Conducting a GPS course for Department of Forestry Sarawak – Dec 23

As again we are invited to conduct a GPS course for Dept of Forestry Sarawak. It is a basic level course with more practical side. GPS devices used are Garmin Montana and own smartphone installed with GPS-related apps for data collection. Among the speakers are Dr Zamri Ismail, PM Dr Ami Hassan Md Din, PM Mohamad Nor Said and me myself. Thank you for inviting us yet again.

Zaki – my kiddo with special needs

Well this is Zaki my 2nd kid, born with a moderate autism condition and ADHD. We are having a nice lunch at Hayyan Huda Seremban in this photo. At times it could be challenging raising him. We just told ourselves to always stay positive and do the best we could. Alhamdulillah for what Allah has given us.
