The asset must be at least 4 years and above. Here is a simple way to write-off any asset that bought under research grant /fund. Just follow the diagram for the whole processes.

Note:  The KEW.PA-2 and KEW.PA-3 are the pink form provided once registered the asset with RMC. You need to find out the form in your kept.

This is a simple procedure on how to purchase a computer from a research grant under SODO/V-Series (V35000/B35000).

First of all, you need to download the procurement application form from the Research Management Center (RMC) UTM.

In the Download and Resources, go to the Finance section, and find the file “Procurement Application Form”, and download it.

Fill in all the required information manually.
