Congratulation to Dr. Pang Yee Yong who passed his PhD viva with minor corrections on Thursday 5th November 2015. His thesis was titled “Multimodal Interaction for Map Navigation based on Vision-based Hand Gesture and Speech.
His examiners were Professor Dr. Alvin Yeo Wee (Director of the Institute of Social Informatics and Technological Innovations, UNIMAS) and Associate Professor Dr Shahrizal Sunar (Director of Magicx, UTM). The viva session were chair by Prof Dr. Shaharuddin Salleh and Dr. Norhaida Mohd Suaib.
