1.     Advised the University for Web Presence initiatives in line with Webometrics Ranking of World University requirements. This Webometrics ranking could becomes as indicators of global performance of a university taking into account its teaching commitment, research results, international prestige, community links and industrial and economical sectors.

2.     Initiator and Director of University Digital Photo Gallery (www.photos.utm.my). This project was an arm of the Office of Corporate Affairs in promoting University image and branding.

3.     Architect and Producer of the University Centralized News Hub (www.news.utm.my). This project enables university community and anyone to submit news article related to university.

4.     Initiate University Web Server Security & Penetration Tester team to identify security threats scheduled checking and systematic actions towards any security breach attempt and issues.

5.     Initiator and Director of the new University Event System (www.events.utm.my). This project helps the community to get updates on university events and also helps event organizers to promote their upcoming events online.

6.     Architect and Producer of the University Web blog (www.blog.utm.my) used by staff (www.staff.blog.utm.my) and students (www.student.blog.utm.my); visited by thousands of web audiences since its inception.

7.     Advised the University Centre for the Information and Communication Technology (UTM CICT) in developing the ICT Policy majoring on Web publishing policy and guidelines for all web maintainers/webmasters/web authors. 

8.     Advised University Library on the development of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia Institutional Repository (UTMIR http://www.eprints.utm.my). UTMIR is an online system focus for collecting, preserving, and disseminating digital collection of the University’s intellectual or research output.

9.     Initiator and Director of University Job Advertisement System (Jobs@UTM http://www.jobs.utm.my). This system provides platform for various type of job from different department and faculties to be advertised in one centralized listing system.

10.  Initiator and Director of the University online community Sales and Wanted advertisement system named the Classified@UTM.

11.  Initiator of the university social media initiative by directing the project for developing and managing of University Social Media Channels (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube) (http://www.utm.my/social-media)

12.  Initiator and Director of the University Royal Connection website (www.royalconnections.utm.my). This websites records most of the activities and programmes involving the royal families of Johor and the university.

13.  Presented successful RM 79000 grant proposal for the university social media strategy project. Completed in 2012 with the formation of Student Media Team from all colleges that help university in media digitization and online student social media presence.
