Dr. Tung-Chai Ling is currently a Professor of College of Civil Engineering, Hunan University. In 2015 and 2016, he was elected as 30 finalist of the Ten Outstanding Young Malaysian (in Academic Achievement category) and Fellow of the Hong Kong Concrete Institute (HKCI), respectively.
He has specialized in the development of sustainable and environmentally-friendly concrete products through innovative materials science and engineering technology and published in 46 peer-reviewed high-impact journals with an accumulative Impact Factor exceeds 108 (based on the 2015-ISI’s Web of Knowledge JCR database). His publication has been cited over 420 (ISI) and having a h-index of 12 (ISI).
