Alhamdulillah, for past few years, Dr. Siti Norafida has completed research on Performance of Precast Bolted Tunnel Lining Through Physical and Numerical Modelling. This research involve laboratory testing and numerical modelling by means ABAQUS to investigate the effect of joint between the segmental tunnel lining to the overall tunnel lining performance (flexural moment and tunnel induced ground movement), circumferential and longitudinal. The fully numerical tunnel lining with soil model based on construction tunnel profile of Singapore Circle Line Stage 3.
