⚠️ Pengsan atau ‘Syncope’ adalah istilah perubatan untuk pengsan yang berlaku secara tiba-tiba dalam tempoh yang singkat.Sekiranya individu di sekeliling anda pengsan, JANGAN PANIK❗1️⃣ Angkat mangsa ke tempat yang selamat dan sejuk.2️⃣ Baringkan tubuhnya untuk mengelakkan serangan pengsan kali kedua sekiranya pesakit didirikan atau diletakkan dalam posisi duduk.3️⃣ Jika mangsa masih bernafas secara normal, angkat kakinya lebih tinggi daripada paras jantung.Longgarkan pakaian atau buka tali pinggang agar mangsa dapat bernafas dengan lebih mudah.4️⃣ Gerakkan tubuh, memanggil nama dan menepuk bahu atau badan mangsa bagi mengembalikan kesedarannya.5️⃣ Sekiranya masih tidak ada sebarang respon, dapatkan bantuan kecemasan dengan menghubungi 999.6️⃣ Sekiranya pesakit kembali tersedar, berikan minuman atau air bergula (sekiranya pesakit mengalami diabetes) dan segera membawa pesakit ke hospital.

HARI ALZHEIMER SEDUNIA

Alzheimer merupakan penyakit neurodegeneratif yang disebabkan oleh proses penuaan pada sel otak yang berlaku secara perlahan dan berterusan yang mana boleh mengganggu kualiti hidup seseorang.
Oleh kerana Alzheimer adalah penyebab utama demensia, pengesanan gejala awal Alzheimer di kalangan warga emas amat penting supaya mereka mendapat sistem sokongan yang sewajarnya dengan segera. Ini dapat membantu mereka hidup yang lebih baik walaupun mengalami demensia.
? Hari Alzheimer Sedunia disambut pada 21 September setiap tahun untuk meningkatkan kesedaran tentang penyakit Alzheimer dan Demensia.
