UTM Serambi Al-Quds Program is an initiative by the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) Board to sponsor 10 highly talented Palestinian students to pursue their doctoral degree at UTM.

Fullfil the UTM PhD Admission Requirements: A Mastersโ€™s degree from UTM or Other institutions of higher learning recognised by the Senate
