Snack: Herbalife tea & Vegetable soup (leftover from yesterday)

Lunch: Herbalife shake with kiwi fruit

Snack: A chocolate finger biscuit (waktu ni dah lapau giler…)

Dinner: A cup of rice, Ayam masak merah, Grilled vegetable, Keropok (horror!) & Guarana coffee
