On 19 November 2013, UTM was honored to have Sir John Daniel, President and CEO Commonwealth of Learning, Vancouver. He came to give a public lecture by topic “The Future of MOOCs in Education”
He claimed that there is a serious gaps between higher education skill and the job market all around the world. He also put up 13 critical points on educational perspective in USA such as : In 2012, enrolment student in Higher Institution declined 2.3% in 15 years and Student debt has doubled since 2007. He then share his opinion on MOOCs.
