3rd WEEK OF THE MONTH AS ENGLISH WEEK IN UTM

We would like to announce that UTM is implementing the following programmes to enhance the use of English among the staff.

All staff of UTM are required to use English regularly in UTM to develop their confidence to communicate with foreigners. This is to provide daily training for UTM staffs besides the formal training programmes offered by Development Section (Registrar Office).

 

The implementation will be effective every 3rd week of every month starting from 16th – 20th October 2016. Heads of Departments are to ensure that the program is successfully carried out at the department level involving all staff.
Your cooperation in ensuring the success of the program is highly appreciated.

First day with MSE PT12

Today is the first day of my MANP 1433 class.  There are three students in my class this semester.  We will be seeing each other for the next three weekends.

Today they were asked to prepare a work breakdown structure for a simple project and they have decided that they wanted to build a house.

I hope that by the end of the day, they could understand the basic principles of project management and how to work together to start planning how to manage a project.

Salam dan Selamat Sejahtera kepada semua warga UTM, 

 
Merujuk kepada perkara di atas. 
 
Semua warga UTM adalah diseru untuk tampil membuat aduan berkaitan sebarang salah laku dalam usaha menggalakkan pembudayaan kerja berintegriti di Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. 
 
Rentetan daripada itu, Pejabat Penasihat Undang – Undang, melalui Seksyen Integriti, Tatatertib dan Surcaj mengambil inisiatif menyediakan saluran aduan ini, melalui keputusan Mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Integriti dan Tadbir Urus (JITU) Bil.1/2016 yang lalu, yang telah dipengerusikan oleh Yang Berbahagia Naib Canselor, Prof. Datuk Ir. Dr. Wahid Bin Omar.  
 
Melalui beberapa siri semakan dan perbincangan, serta melalui kerjasama Pejabat Hal Ehwal Korporat dan Bahagian Pengurusan Organisasi, Pejabat Pendaftar, dilampirkan disini adalah poster saluran Aduan Integriti UTM untuk tujuan cetakan dan paparan di papan – papan utama semua pusat tanggungjawab dan fakulti. 
 
Untuk makluman, identiti pemberi maklumat yang membuat aduan adalah dirahsiakan dan dilindungi di bawah Akta Perlindungan Pemberi Maklumat 2010 dan juga di bawah Seksyen 65, Akta Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia 2009. 
 
Semoga saluran aduan integriti ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh semua.
