Since graduating, Andy had held multiple Regional and Cross Countries roles at multinational corporations in various domains and industries.
Currently, Andy is the Head of Transformation for South East Asia at Sonepar – an independent French multi-national company with global market leadership in B-to-B distribution of electrical products, solutions and related services. As a leading partner to electrical equipment makers, Sonepar makes life easier for its customers by giving them access to all the latest innovations. In his current role, he reports directly to Global Chief Supply Chain Officer and President of Asia Pacific region at Sonepar and he is responsible to accelerate Transformation programme at various Sonepar operating companies across different countries.
Andy is also currently appointed as President of Sonepar Junior Committee on Supply Chain / Digital Transformation, acting as a think tank and an empowered international network of young leaders in the company. Most recently prior to his current roles, Andy had successfully deployed 10 end-to-end ERP projects to 15 operating companies at Sonepar as the Regional ERP Project Manager.
Prior to Sonepar, Andy was the Asia Pacific Regional Manager for Master Data Management (MDM) at Kerry Group, another multinational corporation. During his tenure at Kerry, he had an opportunity to be working in Dublin, Ireland on international projects for European and Asia Pacific countries.
