PEMBATALAN PROGRAM SENAMROBIK SIRI 7/2019 UTM KUALA LUMPUR

Dengan hormatnya saya merujuk kepada perkara di atas.
2.      Merujuk kepada pengumuman dan kenyataan yang dikeluarkan oleh Pejabat Hal Ehwal Korporat dan OSHE UTM Kuala Lumpur berhubung Indeks Pencemaran Udara (IPU) semasa, dimaklumkan bahawa Program Senamrobik Siri 7/2019 (25 September 2019, Rabu) UTM Kuala Lumpur DIBATALKAN.
 
3.      Semua staf UTM Kuala Lumpur dinasihatkan agar TIDAK melakukan sebarang aktiviti riadah luar dalam menjaga kesihatan fizikal dan fisiologikal.

HOURLY UPDATE ON AIR POLLUTION INDEX (API) FOR UTM KUALA LUMPUR

Assalamualaikum & Salam Sejahtera,
 
UTM team of experts are monitoring the haze situation in both campuses.

The API reading as of 8.00am today is 112 which is considered unhealthy

During the period of haze, we would like to advise everyone to take care of your health and please take precautionary measure.

1. Wear N95 mask if the Air Pollutant Index (API) is more than 100. The normal facemask will not keep you safe.

2. Please stay indoors and no outdoor activities.

3. Always keep yourself hydrated and wash your hands and face regularly after being out in the haze.

4. If you have any health issues – cough, asthma, cold, difficulty in breathing, eye irritation, please come and see our Medical Officer immediately.

UTM team of experts are monitoring the haze situation in both campuses.

The API reading in UTM KL as of 1.00pm today is 163 which is considered unhealthy.

During the period of haze, we would like to advise everyone to take care of your health and please take precautionary measure.

1. Wear N95 mask if the Air Pollutant Index (API) is more than 100. The normal facemask will not keep you safe.

2. Please stay indoors and no outdoor activities.

3. Always keep yourself hydrated and wash your hands and face regularly after being out in the haze.

ANNOUNCEMENT ON HAZE CONDITION IN UTM CAMPUSES

Assalamualaikum & Salam Sejahtera,
 
UTM team of experts are monitoring the haze situation in both campuses and the management will issue appropriate notice before 5pm on daily basis. 
 
Please keep yourself alert on any further notices and announcements on haze situation by the University.
 
Classes in UTMKL and UTMJB for tomorrow (19/9/2019) will be conducted as usual until further notice.

Peringatan Menghadapi Jerebu untuk Warga UTM Kuala Lumpur Inbox

YBrs.Prof/ Prof.Madya/ Dr./ Saudara,
Seperti sedia maklum, pihak Jabatan Meteorologi Malaysia  telah menasihati orang ramai agar mengambil langkah berjaga-jaga dalam menghadapi keadaan jerebu.
Sehubungan dengan itu, Unit OSHE UTM Kuala Lumpur  menyarankan agar akitiviti luar untuk warga UTM (staf dan pelajar) tidak dijalankan sehingga keadaan cuaca kembali normal. Untuk makluman, bacaan IPU pada masa e-mel ini dihantar adalah melebihi 150  dan status ini tidak sihat untuk sebarang aktiviti luar.
Mohon kerjasama semua dapat memaklumkan kepada staf dan pelajar di bawah tanggungjawab masing – masing agar mematuhi saranan ini. Jika ada sebarang masalah penafasan atau kesihatan sila rujuk ke Pusat Kesihatan Universiti dengan segera.

PEMAKAIAN PERATURAN AKADEMIK MULAI SESI 2018/2019 

Dimaklumkan bahawa Universiti melalui Mesyuarat Senat telah meluluskan Peraturan Akademik bagi Program Prasiswazah (Program Sarjana Muda Sepenuh Masa) dan Pascasiswazah mulai sesi 2018/2019.

2. Sehubungan dengan itu, mahasiswa boleh memuat turun Peraturan Akademik seperti berikut:

i. Peraturan Akademik Program Sarjana Muda Sepenuh Masa, Edisi Kelima Belas (http://www.utm.my/undergraduates/info/) Peraturan ini adalah berkuatkuasa bagi pelajar baharu mulai sesi 2018/2019. Bagi pelajar kanan, pemakaian peraturan akademik adalah mengikut kohort masing-masing.
ii. Peraturan Akademik Pengajian Siswazah (http://sps.utm.my/policy-guidelines/) Peraturan ini adalah berkuatkuasa kepada semua pelajar Pascasiswazah mulai sesi 2018/2019.
