AYAM MASAK THAI VIRAL
Bahan A (wajib)
10 ketul bahagian ayam yang telah digoreng
1 biji bawang besar dipotong bulat
2 batang serai dititik
Daun limau purut
Garam secukupnya
2 sudu sos tiram
2 sudu sos cili
MinyakSedikit air
Bahan B (kisar)
3 ulas bawang merah
5 ulas bawang putih
5 biji cili merah
3 biji cili hijau
2 biji cili api
CARA CARANYA
Tumis serai yang dititik sehingga naik bau. Masukkan hirisan bawang dengan daun limau purut dan tumis sampai garing.Kemudian, masukkan Bahan B (kisar) gaul hingga sebati. Masukkan sos tiram, sos cili dan air. Gaul sebati dan akhir sekali masukkan ayam yang telah digoreng tadi. Secubit garam untuk rasa secukupnya.Selamat Mencuba!Kredit : Aien Weyl
