Though rather old news, still, it was memorable to me as my firstborn (as in my protege) PhD student passed her viva after her journey of 3.5 years. Having to be present (compulsory for the supervisor) was like reliving my own viva; fortunately in UK our supervisor was not present in our viva. Just imagine being questioned by the pros (External (left), Prof Dr Nor Aini Shukor from UPM and internal (right), AP Dr Shafinaz Shahir)
with your supervisor and co-supervisor in there with the chairman and assistant chairman! Well, all’s well that ends well 🙂
