  Identified proteins from Arabidopsis thaliana phloem to generate Arabidopsis phloem proteome database. Studied the expression of florigen (FT) protein in Arabidopsis’s wild type and ft null mutant to establish the systemic signaling in relation to regulation of flowering time.
