Dear Sir/Madam,
The Faculty of Engineering and Built Environment of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) is proud to host the first biennial 2016 International Conference on Advances in Electrical, Electronic and Systems Engineering (ICAEESE 2016). The conference with the theme “Technologies for Society’s Well-being” is co-organized by The Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Physics (ICTP), Italy and IEEE Young Professionals, Malaysia Section. It is also with great pleasure to announce that the principal keynote speakers of the conference is Prof. Takaaki Kajita, 2015 Nobel Laureate in Physics from the Institute for Cosmic Ray Research (ICRR), Japan and Prof. Fernando Quevedo, Director, the Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Physics (ICTP), Italy.
We are soliciting original papers describing the state-of-the-art research and development inclusive (but are not limited to) of the following technical areas:
- Applied Electronics and Systems Engineering
- Micro and Nano Electronics
- Communications, Computer Engineering and Informatics
- Information Processing and Automation
- Power and Energy
- Advanced Reconfigurable Instrumentation for Scientific Applications
- Technology and Innovations for Society’s Well-Being
Important Dates
Full paper submission : 13 June 2016
Acceptance notification : 15 August 2016
Camera ready submission : 16 September 2016
Early bird registration : 19 September 2016
Normal registration : 16 October 2016
Non-presenter registration : 16 October 2016
Conference day : 14-16 November 2016
Paper submission process will be managed by using the EDAS system. The peer-reviewed and presented papers will be published in the ICAEESE 2016 Conference Proceedings (digital) and will be submitted to IEEE publication for the inclusion in IEEE Xplore, which is indexed by SCOPUS.
The conference will also be part of the first three days of the international “Workshop on Advanced Reconfigurable Instrumentation for Scientific Applications” to held at the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Bangi, Selangor, Malaysia, from 14 to 25 November 2016. Successful applicants of the Workshop will automatically enjoy the waiver of the ICAEESE 2016 registration fees.
