Sukacita dimaklumkan bahawa pihak International Student Centre (ISC) akan mengadakan program sepertimana berikut :-

Program : 1 item, 1 person

Tarikh Pengumpulan : 26/5/2016

Masa : 9.30pagi – 5.00petang

Tempat Pengumpulan : Unit ISC, Tingkat 8, Menara Razak, UTMKL

Hasil kutipan akan diberikan kepada Rumah Anak Yatim dan Saudara Baru Shifa bertempat di Setapak, Kuala Lumpur pada 28hb Mei 2016.

Selari dengan keadaan ekonomi yang makin mencabar, pihak ISC telah mencadangkan senarai barangan keperluan seperti di poster dimana ianya adalah barangan keperluan dan boleh digunapakai oleh semua.  Namun yang demikian, pihak ISC tidak mempunyai sebarang halangan sekiranya ada yang ingin memberikan lain-lain pemberian selain daripada barangan tersenarai mengikut keikhlasan dan kemampuan masing-masing.

Cara sumbangan:

  1. Individu : Sekiranya ingin membuat sumbangan secara individu selain daripada barangan tersenarai boleh hubungi pejabat ISC di talian 0321805207 (Pn. Fazliana).
  2. Kumpulan (Unit) : Walaubagaimanapun, bagi mengelakkan lebihan sumbangan/barangan yang sama pihak ISC mengalakkan agar warga UTM membuat sumbangan secara berkumpulan (mengikut unit) Sebagai contoh : 7 orang staf dari Unit ISC ingin membuat sumbangan Milo paket sederhana bagi setiap staf.  Jumlah sumbangan adalah 7 paket milo sederhana. 

Tarikh penghantaran/pengumpulan barang sumbangan ke kaunter ISC adalah pada 26hb Mei 2016.

Bagi pemberian secara individu atau penghantaran sumbangan ke kaunter ISC, barang sumbangan boleh di hantar ke kaunter ISC, Tingkat 8, Menara Razak, UTM KL sebelum atau pada 26hb Mei 2016.

Namun yang demikian, pihak ISC juga menyediakan khidmat pengumpulan barang sumbangan secara kumpulan / unit sekiranya diperlukan.  Permohonan pengambilan barangan tersebut boleh dibuat melalui email kepada norfazliana@utm.my sebelum 25hb Mei 2016.

Oleh itu, dengan besar hati pihak ISC menjemput dan mengalu-alukan penglibatan seluruh warga UTM dalam membantu meringankan beban mereka dalam membuat persediaan bulan Ramadhan dan Hari Raya Aidilfitri yang akan menjelang tidak lama lagi.

Submission of Progress Report (PR) for Master Mixed Mode/Master Research/PhD Students

Assalamualaikum and Good Day to all respected Supervisors for Master Mixed Mode/Master Research/PhD Students,

Please be informed that the online submission of Progress Report (PR) is now open for all Master Mixed Mode/Master Research/PhD Students via the GSMS. 
The system is opened from 17 April to 12 May 2016. MANUAL/HARDCOPY SUBMISSION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
All Supervisors are reminded to forward/inform this announcement to their respective students and submit their PR online, latest by 12 May 2015 to avoid the student’s grade becomes Not Satisfactory (TM).
Please note that if the student(s) get TM grade for 2 consecutive semesters, they shall be terminated from the program.

Evaluation of the PR by the respective Supervisors will be opened from 15 to 26 May 2016.
 
Please do not hesitate to contact the following staff at Research and Scholarship Division, SPS if there any issue or problem encountered during the PR submission and PR assessment.

the International Symposium on Fundamentals of Electrical Engineering
(ISFEE 2016) presenting their registered papers, we believe the following
announcement regarding the deadlines postponement will be well received:

– Full paper submission: May 16, 2016
– Notification of acceptance date: June 1, 2016 (for late submissions)
– Final paper submission deadline: June 15, 2016

The Symposium will be hosted by the University Politehnica of Bucharest,
Romania on June 30 – July 2, 2016.

The theme for TENCON 2016 is Technologies for Smart Nation and it will be held in Singapore from 22 – 25 November 2016 at Marina Bay Sands.
