Part of the duty of us academic staffs in a university is to supervise, motivate, encourage our postgraduate (PG) students so they will be focus and driven to do their work. I made it a point to once a week follow up with them especially in this MCO period where everyone is secluded at home, working alone with family or little children or nobody. My PG students are presently scattered in various locations, among them in JB, Batu Pahat, Rawang, Penang and UAE. It’s important to be in touch with them so we can know their progress or help them with anything that we can within our capacity.
