Last week I received an email with the title: “Invitation to become an expert”.
The email was sent to invite us to be part of the National Center of Science and Technology Evaluation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (NCSTE) to participate in the peer-reviewing process of technical and scientific projects. As a researcher and expert in my area, I wanted to contribute. To do that, we have to fill up a form and to my surprise the form is very long. Nevertheless I filled it up and completed it.
