- To cultivate the entrepreneurial skills & values among AIS staff, in order to generate income for AIS (via training, short courses and incubator)
- To facilitate research into innovation and entrepreneurship though the creation and support of a network of scholars and institutions, and publishing the results of this research
- To develop industry linkages between AIS academia and industry (via consultancy)
