Congratulation to Mohanad Adam Lubab Ali who passed his PhD viva with corrections on 16 January 2023 (Monday).
His thesis was title “SOCIAL CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT ADOPTION MODEL FOR SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISE IN SAUDI ARABIA “ supervised by Assoc Prof. Dr. Othman bin Ibrahim.
His examiners were Assoc Prof. Dr. Mohd Shahizan bin Othman and Prof. Dr. Haji Mohd Sazili bin Haji Shahibi (UiTM). The viva session were chair by Prof. Dr. Naomie binti Salim and recorded by Dr. Muhammad Aliif bin Ahmad.
