Responsibilities
- Maintain and update all land utilization database for all airports operated by Malaysia Airports.
- Provide support on preparation of plan layout.
- Stamping of lease/supplemental agreement and title registration at State Land Office.
- Update mySPATA with government agencies.
- Assist the unit in drafting layout boundary drawings for land use planning purposes.
- Accountable to deliver accurate information with regards to the dimensions (e.g size of area, width, and length), and coordinates in the layout plan.
- Maintain and update all survey plan drawings and land use master plan.
- Assist the Manager/Engineers in ensuring all documents under project deliverables are complete and up to date.
Requirements
- Recognized degree in Town Planning / Land Administration / Geographic Information System or equivalent.
- Well verse with AutoCAD and Geographic Information System (GIS) software.
- Able to create a systematic database system on mapping and drawings.
- Able to analyze and provide outcome using the data given with precisions.
- Possess pleasant personality and able to communicate effectively with all level of personnel.
