Oleh Shahabuddin Amerudin Pendahuluan Banjir adalah satu ancaman semulajadi yang melanda Malaysia dari semasa ke semasa, terutamanya semasa musim monsun timur laut. Kesan-kesan banjir boleh merosakkan harta benda, infrastruktur, dan mengancam keselamatan penduduk.
