2021 Day 82 Tasks – Finally, I submitted the Correction for RENE

This manuscript has been disturbing the peace in my head and mental capacity. After 2 years plus working on this paper, and after last month getting comments from reviewers and editor, I managed to finally submit the correction, of course with the help of all the authors, who each of them played significant role. Now, lets hope and pray that the manuscript will receipt positive feedback. InsyaAllah. Amin.

2021 Day 81 Tasks – RAE – OBE – Course Assessment workshop – for Indonesian Academia (Part 2)

Alhamdululillah today CEE UTM conducted the continuity of the OBE Training for Indonesian Lecturers (3 days from 23 to 25 March 2021). Previous trainings for the same group have been conducted before in February Day 4 , Feb Day 3, Feb Day 1. So, even though today is an official holiday in Johor Bahru, we still work and dedicate our time for this great purpose.

Other tasks highlighted for today:

  • Completing the correction and submission of Renewable Energy Journal.
  • Completing the correction and submission for BCREC – ICSEC2021.
  • Communicated with freelance website designer for seem.my website.
  • Set up blank RCEE2021 website and passed it to the Marketing department (got help from the freelance designer).
  • Paid ReCase2021 Fee and also submitted the revised version of Extended Abstract.
  • AJEE Management
  • Finalized latest Editorial Board of AJEE.

2021 Day 80 Tasks – RCEE2021 Committee Meeting No.2

2021 Day 79 Tasks – Meeting My IEM Mentee

Today I had an appointment with my IEM Mentee who came all the way from Pasir Gudang. I reviewed and stamped his 1st year documentation.

2021 Day 78 Tasks – Working on Renewable Energy Journal List of Correction

The first half of the day was allocated to deal and complete as much as I can the Renewable Energy Journal corrections. It’s quite tough but this needs to be done. Alhamdulillah I managed to do some parts and Efa, my student also have done amazingly a lot for the corrections.

2021 Day 75 Tasks – Refinery and Petrochemical Technology First Class This Semester

It’s the first week of the new semester and I held my first Refinery and Petrochemical Technology today starting from today for every Wednesday. The class was great and I was glad to have great internet line. There were all together 32 students in my class.

  • AJEE system successfully set up under Penerbit UTM. Alhamdulillah. Need to explore the system tomorrow.
  • Check Raihan’s final draft
  • Class preparation.
  • Learned how to use Break up room in Webex and also also made Personal Student form using Google Doc

2021 Day 70 Tasks – Checking my MKKK Student Disertation

I have quite a few tasks in line and one of it is this Thermodynamic study that my student is working for. It was a real challenge to read, review this manuscript because of some reason that I do not prefer to reveal here. But, Alhamdulillah, I managed to read and comment professionally. I hope my student will learn and improve his / her work and will produce a magnificent thesis. By the way, his work has already been accepted to be presented in an international conference that will take place soon.
