There are many quotes on contribution which I would like to share with you. But, I can’t share all at once, I will do it bit by bit. Is that alright?
The most fantastic quote on contribution is by Eleanor Roosevolt which says ‘when you cease to make a contribution, you will die”. In other words, life is purposeless without contribution.
This is the tagline of TESCO – every little helps. I used to fond of this tagline since I found it simple yet meaningful. And I didn’t know that this is a Danish proverb.
I stumbled upon this quote which I think it is absolutely true. Sometimes, I feel that the KPI (Key Performance Index) given to each staff, faculty, research group and etc., will keep people away from teamwork since it unintentionally creates competition, even though the initial goal is to measure staff’s contributions.
I love this quote, when you are busy with your own business, you have no time to be nosy 😃.
I am feeling happy, even though I am busy. Therefore, I was curious is there a quote on being busy but happy. Are there people, who are happy to be busy? Can busy make you happy? ABSTRACT
Effective communication is essential for every leader. This is due to good communication can result in peace and harmony among followers or workers and is important for achieving objectives. Thus, this article focuses on effective leadership communication. A qualitative method was used whereby documents were examined for a clear understanding of an Islamic form communication, the types of communication, and the principles and ethics behind said communication. Accordingly, this article will cover the definition and characteristics of effective communication from the Islamic perspective. Generally, this paper is different from previous articles in terms of its reliance on the thoughts of Imām al- Ghazalī regarding the characteristics of effective communication that should be practiced by leaders in the contemporary period.
