Meeting Encik Pandak, Penghulu, Kg Sg Melayu, JB.
Pn Fauziah Khanoum, a PhD student and Nurdinah, a MPhil student had an interview session with Encik Pandak, Penghulu, Kg Sg Melayu, JB on 11 April 2015. Alhamdulillah, we got invaluable information from En Pandak regarding the communication needs of the villagers or tourism operators. They have visitors coming from Europe, Japan, Korea, RP of China and others. Pn Fauziah is interested to study the communication needs, the villagers’  readiness and their communication abilities in meeting tourists’ expectations.
