Pn Fauziah Khanoum, a PhD student and Nurdinah, a MPhil student had an interview session with Encik Pandak, Penghulu, Kg Sg Melayu, JB on 11 April 2015. Alhamdulillah, we got invaluable information from En Pandak regarding the communication needs of the villagers or tourism operators. They have visitors coming from Europe, Japan, Korea, RP of China and others. Pn Fauziah is interested to study the communication needs, the villagers’  readiness and their communication abilities in meeting tourists’ expectations.

The meeting was held on 12 February 2015 and  the note of the meeting is attached.

LCS Meeting Note 1 (2015)

This session was conducted at LA on 7 April 2015 at Digi Lab D.   It was the preamble to the SFL workshop which will take place on 28 April till 3 May and we are so honoured to have Dr Lise Fontaine from Cardiff University for the workshop.

Thank you to those who attended the session and it was such a fruitful one.

SFL Introductory Session

Attending a meeting with Encik Zahid Ismail, Director of Regulatory Review, MPC, En Bakhtiar, YDP Koperasi TI Penang 8283 and Cik Sarina Mohamad, Bendahari Koperasi TI Penang 8283 on 6 March, 2015 to discuss the communication training programme for MPC staff.
