Moral compass is used in reference to a person’s ability to judge what is right and wrong and act accordingly. And the moral compass distinguishes human beings from animals, as mentioned in the Al-Quran, unlike animals, men are given brain to enable them to differentiate between right and wrong.

What do you do if you have a child who is an attention seeker? Ignore, right? Just ignore. Likewise, if you have people, who crave for attention around you, just ignore. Once they realise that attention-seeking will not take them anywhere, they will STOP.

This is something new to me. Basically, Melinda Epler stresses the way forward to build a better team, in which the team members support each other. I agree with her, it is more essential to create allies in an organisation rather than competitors. Competition will drive employees to be more self-centred and for allies, on the other hand, what matters is contribution.
